• Real storm data. Guides are built from what actually happened in recent storms — e.g., our keyword and impact research from Hurricane Isaias (Oct 2026).
• Sources shown. Safety guidance follows FEMA, the Red Cross, and the National Hurricane Center. Product picks are editorial; affiliate links (when added) will be disclosed.
• No hype. We don't sell fear. If a product isn't worth it, we say so.
